- We will prepare a reservation contract for you. It includes a reservation fee of CZK 500,000 payable within 5 days of signing. This amount is part of the purchase price.
- Within a month of signing the reservation contract we will prepare a contract for the future purchase contract, after signing which 10% of the purchase price minus the reservation fee is paid.
- After approving the selection of materials and any modifications, the amount for the premium equipment must be paid within 10 working days.
- Within 10 working days after the occupancy permit, the purchase agreement will be signed and the remaining balance of the purchase price will be paid.
