 Financing

  1. We will prepare a reservation contract for you. It includes a reservation fee of CZK 500,000 payable within 5 days of signing. This amount is part of the purchase price.
  2. Within a month of signing the reservation contract we will prepare a contract for the future purchase contract, after signing which 10% of the purchase price minus the reservation fee is paid.
  3. After approving the selection of materials and any modifications, the amount for the premium equipment must be paid within 10 working days.
  4. Within 10 working days after the occupancy permit, the purchase agreement will be signed and the remaining balance of the purchase price will be paid.

Financing assistance

The price of the property can be paid both from own resources and through a mortgage. We recommend that you use the services of our mortgage adviser to choose a mortgage. It cooperates with all banks in the Czech Republic as an independent entity and will therefore help you obtain the best conditions on the market.
